Alfie Poelsing is a German-English artist based in Central London. His work explores human intervention and how society uses, explores, and disrupts the natural environment.

 

Throughout his work, hands often appear less as tools of civilisation and more as instinctive, creature-like extensions of the body. Sometimes ravenous and forceful - sometimes lost and wandering.

He has been studying Art History with Curating at Birkbeck College, Bloomsbury, since late 2024.
